RealMed latest version of software, version 9.0, pushes forward technical innovations to maximize physician revenues with even faster speed and increased user productivity.

  • New matching criteria in remittance auto-matching functionality dramatically improves the number of remits which are matched back to the submitted claim.
  • RealMed is swipe card ready for all capable payers. With new WEDI standards for health insurance swipe cards in place, offices can cut entry errors and save time by retrieving demographic information before requesting benefits.

RealMed’s latest version offers additional customization features for individual practices, each designed to increase productivity:

  • Status management inquiries are easier with customizable, one click, pre-set searches designed to reduce training time.
  • Completion of missing secondary claim information is faster with easy-to- see data fields.
  • New Edit and Error Management features automatically assign claim errors to specific users by the provider, payer, error number or error category.
  • Login settings can also be customized to go directly to a favorite, most-accessed office when accessing the application.
